BEE HAPPY CHILDREN’S GARDEN
The Children's Garden mission is to keep kids connected to nature by providing a whimsical interactive garden to explore, teach entrepreneurship, imagine and learn the magic of gardening. We encourage playing in the dirt!
The Bee Happy Garden will be created on the hill of Evergreen Road, adjacent to the Community Garden. This garden will be run by children and their families. We would like to incorporate planting, butterfly feeders, bee keeping, and hummingbird feeders, while teaching the importance of the start to finish process. We focus on creating entrepreneurship by selling what they grow at the Cromwell Farmers Market and giving back by sharing items grown to our towns Food Bank.
